Dua of Prophet Yunus (AS) — Jonah's Prayer
حضرت یونس علیہ السلام کی دعا
لَّا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin
There is no deity except You; exalted are You. Indeed, I have been of the wrongdoers.
Dua of Prophet Ayyub (AS) — Job's Prayer
حضرت ایوب علیہ السلام کی دعا
أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Anni massaniyad-durru wa anta arhamur-rahimin
Adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.
Dua of Prophet Adam (AS)
حضرت آدم علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبَّنَا ظَلَمْنَا أَنفُسَنَا وَإِن لَّمْ تَغْفِرْ لَنَا وَتَرْحَمْنَا لَنَكُونَنَّ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Rabbana zalamna anfusana wa illam taghfir lana wa tarhamna lanakunanna minal khasireen
Our Lord, we have wronged ourselves. If You do not forgive us and have mercy upon us, we will surely be among the losers.
Dua of Prophet Nuh (AS)
حضرت نوح علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَلِوَالِدَيَّ وَلِمَن دَخَلَ بَيْتِيَ مُؤْمِنًا وَلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَالْمُؤْمِنَاتِ
Rabbighfir li wa liwalidayya wa liman dakhala baytiya mu'minan wa lil mu'mineena wal mu'minat
My Lord, forgive me, my parents, whoever enters my house as a believer, and all believing men and women.
Dua of Prophet Nuh (AS) Against the Disbelievers
حضرت نوح علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ لَا تَذَرْ عَلَى الْأَرْضِ مِنَ الْكَافِرِينَ دَيَّارًا
Rabbi la tadhar alal ardi minal kafireena dayyara
My Lord, do not leave upon the earth any inhabitant among the disbelievers.
Dua of Prophet Nuh (AS) for Safe Landing
حضرت نوح علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَّبِّ أَنزِلْنِي مُنزَلًا مُّبَارَكًا وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْمُنزِلِينَ
Rabbi anzilni munzalan mubarakan wa anta khayrul munzileen
My Lord, let me land at a blessed place, for You are the Best to accommodate us.
Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS)
حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي مِنَ الصَّالِحِينَ
Rabbi hab li minas saliheen
My Lord, grant me righteous offspring.
Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) for Makkah
حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ اجْعَلْ هَٰذَا بَلَدًا آمِنًا
Rabbi ij'al hadha baladan amina
My Lord, make this city secure.
Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) for Acceptance
حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبَّنَا تَقَبَّلْ مِنَّا إِنَّكَ أَنتَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
Rabbana taqabbal minna innaka antas Sami'ul Aleem
Our Lord, accept this from us. Surely You are the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing.
Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) for a Muslim Nation
حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبَّنَا وَاجْعَلْنَا مُسْلِمَيْنِ لَكَ وَمِن ذُرِّيَّتِنَا أُمَّةً مُّسْلِمَةً لَّكَ
Rabbana waj'alna muslimayni laka wa min dhurriyyatina ummatan muslimatan lak
Our Lord, make us submissive to You and from our descendants a nation submissive to You.
Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) for Wisdom
حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ هَبْ لِي حُكْمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ
Rabbi hab li hukman wa alhiqni bis saliheen
My Lord, grant me wisdom and join me with the righteous.
Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) for Good Mention
حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا
وَاجْعَل لِّي لِسَانَ صِدْقٍ فِي الْآخِرِينَ
Waj'al li lisana sidqin fil akhireen
Grant me an honorable reputation among later generations.
Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) for Paradise
حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا
وَاجْعَلْنِي مِن وَرَثَةِ جَنَّةِ النَّعِيمِ
Waj‘alni min warathati jannatin na‘eem
Make me among the inheritors of the Garden of Bliss.
Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) for His Father
حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا
وَاغْفِرْ لِأَبِي إِنَّهُ كَانَ مِنَ الضَّالِّينَ
Waghfir li abi innahu kana minad dallin
Forgive my father; indeed, he has been among those who went astray.
Dua of Prophet Ibrahim (AS) for the Day of Judgment
حضرت ابراہیم علیہ السلام کی دعا
وَلَا تُخْزِنِي يَوْمَ يُبْعَثُونَ
Wa la tukhzini yawma yub‘athoon
Do not disgrace me on the Day they are resurrected.
Dua of Prophet Lut (AS)
حضرت لوط علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ نَجِّنِي وَأَهْلِي مِمَّا يَعْمَلُونَ
Rabbi najjini wa ahli mimma ya‘maloon
My Lord, save me and my family from what they do.
Dua of Prophet Lut (AS) Against Corruption
حضرت لوط علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ انصُرْنِي عَلَى الْقَوْمِ الْمُفْسِدِينَ
Rabbi unsurni ‘alal qawmil mufsideen
My Lord, help me against the corrupt people.
Dua of Prophet Yusuf (AS)
حضرت یوسف علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ قَدْ آتَيْتَنِي مِنَ الْمُلْكِ وَعَلَّمْتَنِي مِن تَأْوِيلِ الْأَحَادِيثِ ۚ فَاطِرَ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ أَنتَ وَلِيِّي فِي الدُّنْيَا وَالْآخِرَةِ ۖ تَوَفَّنِي مُسْلِمًا وَأَلْحِقْنِي بِالصَّالِحِينَ
Rabbi qad ataytani minal mulki wa ‘allamtani min ta’weelil ahadeeth... tawaffani musliman wa alhiqni bis saliheen
My Lord, You have granted me authority and taught me the interpretation of dreams. Creator of the heavens and the earth, You are my Protector in this world and the Hereafter. Cause me to die as a Muslim and join me with the righteous.
Dua of Prophet Shuayb (AS)
حضرت شعیب علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبَّنَا افْتَحْ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَ قَوْمِنَا بِالْحَقِّ وَأَنتَ خَيْرُ الْفَاتِحِينَ
Rabbanaftah baynana wa bayna qawmina bil haqqi wa anta khayrul fatiheen
Our Lord, decide between us and our people in truth, for You are the Best of those who judge.
Dua of Prophet Musa (AS) for Forgiveness
حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي
Rabbi inni zalamtu nafsi faghfir li
My Lord, I have wronged myself, so forgive me.
Dua of Prophet Musa (AS) for Need
حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ
Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khayrin faqeer
My Lord, I am truly in need of whatever good You send down to me.
Dua of Prophet Musa (AS) Against the Oppressors
حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ نَجِّنِي مِنَ الْقَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ
Rabbi najjini minal qawmiz zalimeen
My Lord, save me from the wrongdoing people.
Dua of Prophet Musa (AS) and Harun (AS)
حضرت موسیٰ اور ہارون علیہما السلام کی دعا
رَبَّنَا إِنَّنَا نَخَافُ أَن يَفْرُطَ عَلَيْنَا أَوْ أَن يَطْغَى
Rabbana innana nakhafu an yafruta alayna aw an yatgha
Our Lord, we fear that he will hasten to harm us or become tyrannical.
Dua of Prophet Musa (AS)
حضرت موسیٰ علیہ السلام کی دعا
وَاكْتُبْ لَنَا فِي هَٰذِهِ الدُّنْيَا حَسَنَةً وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ إِنَّا هُدْنَا إِلَيْكَ
Waktub lana fi hadhihid dunya hasanatan wa fil akhirati inna hudna ilayk
Ordain for us good in this world and in the Hereafter. Indeed, we have turned to You.
Dua of Prophet Sulayman (AS)
حضرت سلیمان علیہ السلام کی دعا
رَبِّ اغْفِرْ لِي وَهَبْ لِي مُلْكًا لَا يَنبَغِي لِأَحَدٍ مِّن بَعْدِي ۖ إِنَّكَ أَنتَ الْوَهَّابُ
Rabbi-ghfir li wa hab li mulkan la yanbaghi li ahadin min ba‘di innaka antal Wahhab
My Lord, forgive me and grant me a kingdom that will not belong to anyone after me. Indeed, You are the Bestower.
Dua of Prophet Ayyub (AS)
حضرت ایوب علیہ السلام کی دعا
أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ

Indeed, adversity has touched me, and You are the Most Merciful of those who show mercy.

حضرت یونس علیہ السلام کی دعا
لَا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِينَ
